The Valley and High Moutain Pass Trek :

Grade: Moderate                            Maximum Elevation:  3,313 mtr.

Best Season: Mid April to  October end ( Except July and August )

This treak is an extremely enjoyable and easy going trek thorugh some the findest landscapes in Himachal Pradesh with lush green forests filled with abundance of flora &fauna,sparking streams cascading down hillsides and the magnificent snow-clad mountains all round make this trek an unforgettable one.


Arrival at manali, meet and greet with our representatives and transfer in to hotel. In the evening explore the mall road Manali. Overnight stay in hotel or cottage.

1st Day : Manali –Banjar-Shoja (2,683 mtrs ) :After breakfast, we proceed drive to Shoja by tinny village of Banjar , where this trek oringinates. The trail rises in to the higher hills through thick forests of oak and chestnut . Overnight we stay in Shoja.

2nd Day: Shoja to Khanag (2,692 mtrs ) : Early in the morning, after freshen we start trek to Khanag. It is a long trek which is 14 km from Shoja and we crosses the 3,223 mtrs Jalori Pass. The trails winds through lovely dense forest teeming with an amazing variety of bird life.. In the evening time we pitch the tent at Khanag. Overnight we stay here.

3rd Day: Khanag to Taral:  Next day , after breakfast ,we start trek to next destination Taral. From Kanag a steep climb and than a gradual, leve walk offers magnificent views of the surrounding hills. Camp overnight in Taral.

4th Day: Taral to Margi : Next Day from Taral, the trails gains height and passes thrugh thick forest. High up in the trees, the Himalayan Langoors ( monkeys ) particular in this area can be seen swining and chattering. Camp overnight in Margi.

5th Day: Around Margi : Next day , after freshen , we start  visit in thick forest near Margi area. This day have a relaxed day around Margi. In around Margi you can watch a beautiful birds . This place is a heaven for both bird-watchers and flora enthusiasts. In the evening back to the base camp in Margi.

6th Day:Margi to Shilla: Next day , early in the morning we start trek to Shilla, it is a long trek and in this trek there is lack of forest cover area, but the surrounding area more than make up for the heat. Here you  can experience the vast differences in terrain in this region.Camp overnight in Shilla.

7th Day: Shilla to Dalash : Next day, we start trek from Shilla to Dalash, its a steep descent leads to the old Hindusatan-Tibet road. On the way, the magnificent peaks of the spiti and kinnaur areas are visible and by evening the tiny hamlet of Dalash village. Camp overningt in Dalash.

8th Day: Dalash to Shimla : Next  day we proceed drive to shimla . It is a 9 hour drive to Shimla. On the way Narkanda offters spectacular views of the northern  ranges of kinnaur and spiti and by evening the fairy tale town of shimla is reached. Over night stay in hotel.

Departure :  Shimla to DelhiNext morning, after  having  breakfast,  explore the local market. In the afternoon  Departure  by Volvo  Ac bus  to your sweet home with memorable moments of  this trek.
